Part Time Operations Assistant - Hedge End - On site every day for 20 hours per week - 25-26k pro rata

We have an exciting opportunity for an individual with exceptional organisational and administrative skills to become the key support within this fast-paced team. If you're passionate about helping others succeed and have a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to your work, this role could be a perfect fit for you. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, quickly adapting to changing priorities and resolving issues before they arise. You'll be interacting with individuals across all levels of the business, including the owners, so strong professional communication skills are essential

The Operations Assistant will be responsible for:

  • Operational administration - to provide general administration support to Head of HR & Operations with primary focus on operations administration tasks across the Group
  • Maintenance / ops - to communicate effectively with all third party stakeholders and contractors, organise and review works
  • Third party operations records - update / review ops trackers, identify contract renewal and opportunity to cost save
  • Ordering stationery, including business cards
  • Group event organisation - liaise with third parties and employees, attention to detail on bookings and events
  • Diary management - field calls and emails and book meeting rooms for the Head of HR & Operations
  • Health & Safety - to ensure full H&S procedures are followed and tracker / notices updated

Strong communication skills

  • Professional, trustworthy and confidently deals with sensitive information
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritise and make sound decisions
  • Experience working with IT
  • Confidently deal with office health & safety matters and prioritise accordingly
  • To have a flexible approach to work and drive own personal development
