- Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data
- Answering staff questions about salary, deductions, attendance, time records, as well as pension and AVC queries
- Maintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures
- Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential
- New entrant and leaver procedures to be completed to meet payroll deadlines
- Produce weekly reports to agreed deadlines
