We’re seeking a Senior Payroll Administrator to join a value-driven, independent accountancy firm with private equity backing. You'll manage end-to-end payroll for multiple clients in a team-oriented environment that prioritises learning, development, and work-life balance.   • Providing an accurate end-to-end payroll service
  • Processing multiple client payrolls (around 150 across the team) on a weekly, fortnightly, monthly and quarterly basis
  • Responding to pay-related queries from clients and offering solutions to payroll issues
  • PAYE/pension reconciliations at month end
  • Submission of payroll forms to HMRC as required
What you will need:
  • Previous experience in a similar role, such as Senior Payroll Administrator / Payroll Administrator / Payroll Officer / Payroll Senior / Payroll Assistant / HR & Payroll Assistant / Finance Assistant / Accounts Assistant
  • To be eager to get involved in the collaborative and open culture of the organisation
  • Experience with multiple payrolls and pensions
  • System experience of IRIS is desirable but not essential
