Are you a skilled Supply Network Planner looking for a new opportunity? We're currently hiring for a Supply Network Planner to join a dynamic team in Southampton with hybrid working (3 days in the office per week).
?? Key Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of Cash, Cost, Service, and SNO KPIs for your assigned area.
- Work as the main point of contact between the factory and the end market to meet targets.
- Implement digital transformation initiatives like Integrated Planning Transformation, Hive, Clear Metal, and PBI.
- Collaborate with demand planners, master planners, and distribution teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Manage and optimise inventory, resolving supply issues impacting external demand.
?? What You'll Bring:
- 1-3 years of experience in planning, logistics, or NPI (Manufacturing & Commercial experience is a plus).
- Strong analytical, communication, and digital skills.
- A degree in Supply Chain or a related field (preferred).
- Familiarity with ERP/Planning systems and FMCG experience would be beneficial.
- Leadership capabilities, resilience, and the ability to simplify complex processes.
