The Position:

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join my clients busy Planning department as they expand the team. This is a hands-on role, giving you the opportunity to manage the entire planning process-from site inception to securing planning permission and beyond.

Working on projects ranging from 30 to 200 units, you will also be involved in future land promotion initiatives, ensuring no two days are ever the same.

Key Responsibilities as a Planning Manager:

  • Prepare and submit planning applications, conditions, and appeal documents.
  • Manage planning submissions and liaise with Local Planning Authorities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience as a Planning Manager:

  • Degree in Urban Planning, Geography, or a related field.
  • Demonstrable as a Planner or in a senior planning role.
  • Confident in addressing the public, council officers, and committee members.
