Academics is seeking Qualified Primary Teachers for Key Stage 1 positions in the Southampton area, with an immediate start or after February Half Term.

Candidates must possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, along with experience in primary education and a strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum.
Availability for a minimum of three days per week for supply cover is preferred, and commuting into Southampton is required if not local.

KS1 Teacher responsibilities & requirements:

Deliver engaging, pre-planned and creative lessons that meet the needs of all students in KS1.
Providing feedback and support to help them achieve their best throughout the day.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters a love for learning.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience teaching at the primary level.
A strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and the ability to deliver it effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A commitment to promoting equality and diversity in the classroom.
Ability to commute into Southampton if you are not based there.
Ideally be available a minimum of 3 days per week for supply cover.
