  • Deliver engaging, pre-planned and creative lessons that meet the needs of all students in KS2.
  • Providing feedback and support to help them achieve their best throughout the day.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters a love for learning.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching at the primary level.
  • A strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum and the ability to deliver it effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to promoting equality and diversity in the classroom.
  • Ability to commute into Southampton if you are not based there.
  • Ideally be available a minimum of 3 days per week for supply cover.
