Position: Supply Teacher (Primary)
Location: Southampton
Start Date: Immediate or January 2025
Daily Rate: £120 - £135 per day
Role Overview:
As a supply teacher, you’ll work with primary school children across both KS1 and KS2, providing support in the absence of the regular class teacher. You’ll deliver pre-planned lessons, manage the classroom environment, and help students stay on track while ensuring the school’s behaviour policy is upheld. You’ll be supported by dedicated teaching assistants who will assist in the classroom.

What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Passion for teaching and creating a positive, engaging classroom environment
- Flexibility and the ability to thrive in different teaching situations
- Strong communication skills to build rapport with students and staff
