Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Long-Term Teacher to join our team for the remainder of the half term. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and maintaining a positive classroom environment. This role will be specifically teaching a year 1 – year 2 group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering engaging and effective lessons in line with the school's curriculum.
  • Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment.
  • Assessing and monitoring student progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
  • Collaborating with other staff members to ensure continuity of learning.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience in teaching at the primary level, preferably within an infant school setting.
  • Strong classroom management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to different teaching environments and student needs.
