What We Are Looking For:
- Passionate about teaching and education with a drive to make a difference to all children
- Open and committed to developing our federation vision
- A teacher with a proven record of high-quality, inclusive teaching and secure subject knowledge
- Able to inspire, motivate, and engage children through their practice and classroom
- Experience of teaching in KS2
- Experience of successfully leading a subject (desirable but not essential)
- Willing to get involved with all aspects of school life including trips and residentials
- A good understanding of assessment strategies which make a difference
- Reflective on their own practice and values their professional development
- Works effectively as part of a team and has good communication skills
- High regard for safeguarding pupils
- The successful candidate will be required to undergo an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, if not already done.
