Our client, a prominent organisation in the Southampton area , is currently seeking a Learning & Change Enablement Executive to join their dynamic team on a contract basis. This role will be pivotal in supporting learning and development initiatives that drive organisational change and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support with developing and implementing L&D strategies that align with business goals
- Facilitating change management processes to ensure smooth transitions
- In conjunction with the HR team, designing and delivering bespoke training programmes to meet specific needs
- Collaborating with various stakeholders to identify learning needs and objectives
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training interventions and making recommendations for improvement
- Providing support and guidance to employees throughout the change process
- Utilising data and feedback to continuously enhance L&D initiatives
Job Requirements:
- Experience in Learning and Development and/or HR Teams
- A background in supporting programs
- Good Excel Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience contributing effectively to innovation, efficiency, and engagement initiatives.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Excellent organisational skills
- Relevant qualification in L&D or a related discipline is preferred
