About the role of Project Quantity Surveyor:

As the lead for this 22 million modular student accommodation project Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the entire commercial cycle from initial enquires to procurement and placing of orders / running packages from ground works to piling / services and external and internal fit out packages on JCT from of contract .

Key Responsibilities as Quantity Surveyor:

  • Involvement in pre-construction activities
  • Procuring of sub-contract packages
  • Dealing with variations / valuations to the client
  • Cost reporting and conducting monthly CVR's to report to the Commercial Director

Key Requirements for this Quantity Surveyor role:

  • Have the full right to work in the UK
  • Come from a main contracting background
  • Be experienced in administering JCT forms of contract
  • Be happy to commute to sites / office in Hampshire
