Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee a diverse team of 10-15 skilled professionals, including plumbers, pipefitters, welders, and laborers.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring high-quality installations.
• Provide regular updates and detailed progress reports to senior management and clients, outlining forecasts and any necessary adjustments.
• Supervise subcontractors and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of project goals.

Required Qualifications:

• NVQ Level 3 and 4 in relevant disciplines.
• SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.
• First Aid certification.
• Extensive mechanical background with experience in commercial projects.
• Proven experience in managing large teams, subcontractor coordination, and budget management.
• Strong communication skills, both with the internal team and clients.
