We are working with a dynamic and innovative company who are searching for a Project Manager to deliver multiple projects across UK, Europe, US and wider. The Project Manager will be responsible for delivering high-impact projects for a diverse range of high end clients.

As a Project Manager you will be responsible for the end to end management of projects, ensuring they are completed on time within scope and budget. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to align project goals and monitor progress.

Role & Responsibilities :

  • Lead the planning and execution of multiple projects from inception to completion
  • Manage M&E contractors across various skill sets across all projects
  • Work closely with the in-house design team for all fit out projects
  • Delivering multiple projects across the UK, Europe, USA and wider
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables involving all relevant stakeholders
  • Develop and manage project timelines, budgets and resources
  • Monitor project progress, proactively identifying and resolving issues
  • Collaborative with cross-functionally teams to achieve projects objectives
  • Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders ensuring transparency and alignment
  • Conduct project reviews and prepare detailed reports

What you need :

  • Previous experience within a similar role is essential ideally within the built estate environment
  • You will ideally be educated to a degree level in Project Management or a related field, PRINCE 2 qualification, relevant M&E qualifications highly desirable
  • Strong understanding of project management and commercially strong
  • Organised, strong time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
  • Client facing and confident with contractors
