We are working with a dynamic and innovative company who are searching for a Project Manager to deliver multiple projects across UK, Europe, US and wider. The Project Manager will be responsible for delivering high-impact projects for a diverse range of high end clients.
As a Project Manager you will be responsible for the end to end management of projects, ensuring they are completed on time within scope and budget. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to align project goals and monitor progress.
Role & Responsibilities :
- Lead the planning and execution of multiple projects from inception to completion
- Manage M&E contractors across various skill sets across all projects
- Work closely with the in-house design team for all fit out projects
- Delivering multiple projects across the UK, Europe, USA and wider
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables involving all relevant stakeholders
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets and resources
- Monitor project progress, proactively identifying and resolving issues
- Collaborative with cross-functionally teams to achieve projects objectives
- Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders ensuring transparency and alignment
- Conduct project reviews and prepare detailed reports
What you need :
- Previous experience within a similar role is essential ideally within the built estate environment
- You will ideally be educated to a degree level in Project Management or a related field, PRINCE 2 qualification, relevant M&E qualifications highly desirable
- Strong understanding of project management and commercially strong
- Organised, strong time management and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
- Client facing and confident with contractors
