As a Project Manager, you will be instrumental in driving our projects forward, meeting and exceeding our high standards and those of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Execution:Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery while meeting quality standards.
  • Financial Performance:Drive project financial success, achieve margin goals, and manage man-hour estimates.
  • Project Organization:Lead and motivate the project team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Schedule Management:Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely progress and completion.
  • Stakeholder Reporting:Communicate project developments to stakeholders, including during Project Review Meetings.
  • Standard Compliance:Adhere to all company standards and procedures, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with commercial constraints.
  • Customer Management:Maintain high customer satisfaction levels throughout the project.
  • Site Activities:Oversee on-site activities with a focus on Health & Safety, and attend client meetings to facilitate equipment commissioning.
  • Claim and Change Management:Handle claims and change orders efficiently.
  • Project Integration:Ensure seamless integration of project activities among all stakeholders.
  • Risk Management:Identify and mitigate project risks effectively.
  • Lessons Learned:Capture and evaluate lessons from each project to enhance future performance.
  • Procurement Planning:Manage procurement plans to align with project schedules.
  • Team Leadership:Lead a small team of project engineers, guiding them to achieve project objectives.

Your Profile:

  • Degree in Engineering.
  • Over 3 years of experience as a commercial project manager in manufacturing, engineering, pharmaceutical, or chemical industries.
  • Relevant project management certification.
  • Expertise in project management methodologies and commercial project management.
  • Experience with legal and contractual matters.
  • Strong negotiation and dispute resolution skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven capability in managing multiple stakeholders and building robust relationships.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.
  • Proficiency in risk management and mitigation strategies.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering projects on time and within budget.
