Service Administrator Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for customers
- Manage inbound calls, providing advice and booking appointments
- Updating customers on their vehicles progress
- Handling payments
- Assisting with general administration duties
Service Administrator Requirements:
- Previous administration experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proactive approach, ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Strong IT skills, proficient in Microsoft.
Service Administrator Package:
- Monday to Friday, 8am - 5.30pm
- Alternate Saturdays will need to be worked - 8am - 12.30pm
- 27,500 - 29,000 salary
