We are looking for a Communications Executive to join a company which plays a central role in supporting competition in the non-household retail water market. As the Communications Executive, you will lead the development (planning, producing, proofreading and designing) of regular online publications and social media campaigns. You will also support the delivery of regular communications to the water market and be responsible for ensuring content is clear, accessible and on brand. Key responsibilities:
- Produce monthly newsletter- content planning, collation and design of the publication
- Produce quarterly performance reports - content drafting, reviewing and publication
- Lead on social media planning and strategy - including content, campaigns, videos and social media analytics
- Support the delivery of effective, timely and engaging communications to members
- Research, develop and implement new tools and methods to improve the engagement ratings of member communications
- Organisation and running of market webinars and events
- Planning, writing, designing and publishing of company reports
- Internal communications and colleague engagement activities
- Maintenance of the website and intranet, including brand and updates
Skills required
- Essential - experience and capability using Adobe Design software - InDesign and Photoshop
- Microsoft software - Outlook, PowerPoint and Word
- Capability of using social media software - LinkedIn, X or Instagram
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytical skills and strong attention to detail
- Solid organisational skills and ability to manage workload/priorities
