What will the Finance Business Partner role involve?
  • Oversee and manage the full financial cycle, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting.
  • Consolidate and track financial data from external partners, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
  • Manage cash advances and financial oversight of expenditure.
  • Lead routine finance meetings with external stakeholders, ensuring financial governance and cost control.
  • Work closely with operations and project managers to provide financial insights and recommendations.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives by analysing financial data to drive efficiencies.
  • Support system improvements and drive automation across financial processes.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on financial governance and compliance within the department.
  • Provide strategic financial input to senior management, influencing key business decisions.
Suitable Candidate for the Finance Business Partner vacancy:
  • Qualified or part-qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) with a strong commercial mindset.
  • Ideally experience managing financial processes in a large, complex organisation, ideally with exposure to international operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide meaningful insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing at all levels.
  • Experience with financial systems and a strong grasp of Excel and Power BI is advantageous. 
  • A proactive, self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
