Technical Coordinator

Located in Head Office in Southampton

Salary is competitive for the experience.

Working alongside the Technical department responsible for developments along the South Coast, Dorset, Hampshire, and West Sussex.
Coordinate the production and reviews of layouts and designs.
Production of technical programmes.
Sectional agreements (Such as Section 38, Section 104, and Section 278)
Technical information is delivered on time and accurately.
Review and interpret ground condition reports, to identify potential risks and recommendations.
Compliance with relevant UK building regulations, health, and safety standards and NHBC/LABC requirements.
Ensure that all technical aspects of projects are delivered within approved financial parameters and manage budgets.
Liaise with local authorities, utility companies, statutory bodies, and other key stakeholders.
