Assistant Quantity Surveyor:
We have a great opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a Local Contractor based in Southampton. You'll support the team from pre-construction through to final account, with a focus on managing sub-contract packages and contributing to monthly CVRs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the commercial team in procuring and managing sub-contract packages
- Contribute to monthly CVRs
- Involvement in pre-construction tasks
Requirements:
- Experience managing sub-contractors
- Proven track record as an Assistant/Quantity Surveyor
- Be happy to commute to Southampton
- Hold the full right to work in the UK
