An exciting opportunity to join an establisged and ever growing Main Contractor as they embark on their biggest projected year to date.
We are looking for a Project Manager to join them as works get underway on a numerous new projects from Portsmouth through to Boutnrmouyh.
This is a full time permanent position, and we have been asked to find an ambitious but experienced PM who really understands the challenges and intricacies project management.
What will make you really stand out is if you have a good understanding of Commercial Buildings, Educational builds and large scale delivery, and are able to work closely with the Design Management team and subcontract supply chain to manage the successful delivery of the project.
This is a Construction PM role, so we cannot consider applications if you are from a different sector such as IT.
Essential Skills:
- Proven experience in project management within the construction industry, ideally within the residential, commercial and educational sectors.
- Experience managing projects from conception to completion.
- Strong IT skills, able to use Microsoft packages.
- Knowledge of CDM and Building Regulations.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and exposure to a range of project types.
- Excellent client-facing and interpersonal skills.
- Managers CSCS Card & SMSTS
- IOSH/NEBOSH training
- Experience within project management
