Position Overview:
Our client are seeking a highly motivated Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join their team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate with a degree in quantity surveying or a related field to kick-start their career. The successful candidate will work closely with experienced quantity surveyors and other professionals, gaining valuable hands-on experience while contributing to the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor you will help with construction cost assistant and support various aspects of the construction project lifecycle, from estimation to completion. You will assist in preparing and analysing cost estimates, tender documents, and contract variations, as well as procuring and valuing materials, equipment, and services. You will also help in monitoring and controlling project costs, identifying and managing project risks, and maintaining positive client relations. You will keep accurate and compliant project documentation and seek to enhance your professional skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:
* Qualified construction cost professional with a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
* strong skills in analysing and interpreting technical information, as well as communicating and collaborating with others.
* proficient in using various software tools to support your work.
* proactive and adaptable, always striving to deliver high-quality results.
