We have an exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a regional main contractor based in Southampton. The company is involved in projects across the residential, retail, and commercial sectors, with individual project values reaching up to 5 million.
About the Role
This role is for a Quantity Surveyor to join a reputable regional main contractor, to work with a team and help lead their upcoming projects based in Hampshire.
Responsibilities of the Quantity Surveyor:
- Take ownership of sub-contract packages from procurement through to final account
- Be involved in monthly CVRs
- Have involvement in pre-construction activities
Requirements for Quantity Surveyor:
- Experience with JCT forms of contracts
- Take ownership of sub-contract packages from procurement through to final account
- Reside within a commutable distance of Southampton
