Quantity Surveyor

4Site Recruitment is looking for experienced Quantity Surveyors to join a leading fit-out and refurbishment contractor operating across the southern regions, including Thames Valley, Southampton, Oxford, and Bristol.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing project costs, budgets, and procurement

• Preparing tenders, contracts, and financial reports

• Ensuring cost control and value engineering throughout the project lifecycle

• Negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers

Requirements:

• Previous experience in commercial fit-out or refurbishment projects

• Strong commercial acumen and contractual knowledge

• Excellent negotiation and analytical skills
