Are you a Senior Quantity Surveyor with experience on NEC3 Contracts. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the commercial management of projects, reporting to the Commercial Manager.
  • Perform quantity surveying duties, managing projects and work packages.
  • Collaborate with design, construction, and supply chain teams to manage and control costs.
  • Work closely with clients to meet business requirements.
  • Manage the main contract, including necessary contractual notices and correspondence.
  • Prepare and issue subcontract documentation.
  • Manage and monitor subcontractors’ performance.
  • Prepare and agree on applications for payment, project cost reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Assist in the development and management of junior commercial staff.

Requirements:

Essential:

  • Degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Working towards or holding chartered membership of a recognized institution.
  • Experience in utilities, civil engineering, or MEICA sectors.
  • Experience with NEC3 contracts.

Desirable:

  • Experience in managing and developing individuals or small teams.
