Role
- You will be delivering private and local authority projects
- Internal and external planned maintenance,refurbishment schemes
- You will have full Commercial responsibility for all projects within the region.
- Working closely with the Operationalteams.
- Liaising with the client and consultants involved in the project.
- Ensure health and safety is adhered to in line with company policy.
Person specification
- Have excellent communication skills and have a proven history of developing long term client relations.
- Must have property services refurbishment andmaintenanceexperience
- Experience with a reputable contractor.
- Knowledge of local authority and housing association clients
- Good with relevant paperwork and documentation.
- Be professional and work to resolve any problems efficiently.
