We are currently working with a southern based building services/M&E company that are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team. They are looking for someone to deliver projects fromdesign through the installation period and then to maintain the buildings, ensuring they operate to the original design.

Salary:70,000 - 75,000 + Car allowance.

Location:Covering Projects In Hampshire and surrounding areas- Hybrid working model.

The Role:

  • Manage all commercial activities during the design stage, assist with tender bids, and engage with Sub-Contractors/Suppliers.
  • Collaborate with the design, pre-construction, and estimating teams to ensure commercial coverage.
  • Review and negotiate the Client Contract with senior management support.
  • Negotiate and finalize Sub-Contractor agreements.
  • Prepare and submit monthly interim valuations to the Client.
  • Manage and agree on contract variations with both the Client and Sub-Contractors.
  • Prepare and issue payment notices to Sub-Contractors.
  • Agree on final accounts with both the Client and Sub-Contractors.
  • Produce and present monthly financial reports in line with company deadlines.
  • Review the project program and ensure all contractual notices are issued as required.
