Your role includes managing costs, budgets, and valuations to ensure financial targets are met, while providing accurate reconciliation reports. You will oversee subcontractor procedures, lead value engineering efforts, and mentor your team to achieve their full potential. Your ability to control commercial activities on large sites, including those exceeding 200 units, will be pivotal.What you'll need to succeed: Success in this role requires strong leadership and expertise in cost control, budget management, and valuation processes. Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations is essential, alongside proficiency in software such as COINS and Excel. You must excel in communication, mentoring, and collaboration to drive productivity and innovation, while maintaining compliance with industry standards and guidelines. A proactive and adaptable approach will set you apart.
