What’s the role about?

  • Building great relationships - You’ll be the go-to person for landlords and tenants, offering expert advice and support throughout the lettings process.
  • Marketing properties - Getting properties in front of the right people using creative marketing techniques to ensure maximum visibility.
  • Handling enquiries & viewings - From first contact to viewings and negotiations, you’ll be there to make sure everything runs smoothly.
  • Managing the process - Keeping everything on track from offer to move-in, with a keen eye on the details.
  • Growing the business - Spotting new opportunities and helping to expand the lettings portfolio.

Who are we looking for?

  • Lettings experience is essential .
  • A confident communicator who builds rapport easily and thrives on helping people.
  • Highly organised, with great attention to detail - you’ll be juggling multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • A natural team player with plenty of initiative and a positive, can-do attitude.
  • A full UK driving licence is essential.
