Key Responsibilities:Your main focus will be securing property listings and new instructions, all while delivering exceptional customer service. You will also help maximise opportunities by scheduling appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in Estate Agency
Preferably experienced as a Lister, Valuer, Instructions Manager, or Valuations Manager; or an Estate Agent/Sales Negotiator seeking career growth
Exceptional customer care and service skills
Resilient, positive, and detail-oriented with strong organisational and communication abilities
IT literate (MS Office, internet, email)
Full UK driving licence
