Sonic Summary

We are seeking a Property/Estates Service Manager for a short-term contract in Lyndhurst, Hampshire, lasting approximately 3 months.
The position offers a salary of £35.45 per hour, working 37 hours per week, and is inside IR35 via an umbrella company.
Candidates must hold a degree or equivalent in a relevant field and be a member of a professional body, preferably RICS.
A minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience is required, along with experience in managing and developing professional staff.
The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to develop and deliver a strategic plan for a property/estates function, particularly within a public estate role.

We are currently recruiting for a Property/Estates Service Manager for a short-term contract (approximately 3 months) based in Lyndhurst, Hampshire.

£35.45 per hour (inside IR35 via an umbrella company)

37 hours per week

Location; Lyndhurst (SO45)

To lead and manage all aspects of the Property & Estates Service.
Degree or equivalent in relevant field
Membership of relevant professional body (RICS)
At least 5 years post qualification experience
At least 5 years’ experience in managing and developing professional staff
Proven ability in developing and delivering a strategic plan for a property/estates led function ideally within a public estate role
Sound financial management
