About the Role:
Southampton City Council is seeking a proactive and experienced Estates Surveyor to join our dynamic Property Services team. In this role, you will manage a diverse portfolio of properties, including acquisitions, disposals, valuations, lease renewals, and rent reviews. Your work will directly contribute to the efficient management of the Council's estate, ensuring the best use of property assets.

Key Responsibilities:
路Conduct property valuations, rent reviews, and lease renewals.
路Manage property acquisitions and disposals.
路Advise on estate management issues and asset management strategies.
路Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maximise property assets.
