The Opportunity:
We are excited to offer an apprenticeship opportunity for individuals aged 18-21 who are eager to embark on a rewarding career in recruitment. This role involves working towards the Level 3 Recruiter Apprenticeship Standard, which provides a comprehensive pathway to develop the skills and knowledge required to excel in the recruitment industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including planning, identifying, attracting, assessing, shortlisting, and onboarding candidates.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate and client information on our recruitment database.
- Provide excellent customer service to both clients and candidates, ensuring a positive recruitment experience.

Entry Requirements:
- Aged 18-21
- GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade 4 or above)

Pay: £6.40-£8.60 per hour
