Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

This role involves working towards the Level 3 Recruiter Apprenticeship Standard, which provides a comprehensive pathway to develop the skills and knowledge required to excel in the recruitment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including planning, identifying, attracting, assessing, shortlisting, and onboarding candidates.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate and client information on our recruitment database.
  • Provide excellent customer service to both clients and candidates, ensuring a positive recruitment experience.
