The Opportunity: Education Recruitment Consultant  

We are excited to share that anzuk education is growing in the UK! We are launching a new region based around the Southampton area to support schools and educators across South England. As a result, applications are now open for and experienced or Senior level Education Recruitment Consultant. Start date is ideally January but can be flexible for the right person. We are seeking driven individuals who are ready to make a real impact on the lives of today's students. As an Education Recruitment Consultant within our Schools division, you will collaborate with a team of experienced consultants to connect outstanding educators with schools across South England.  

 

Hybrid set up: 4 days in office, 1 day WFH option. Mondays and Fridays the whole UK team are in the offices to start and wrap up the week as a team. 

Driver’s Licence and Vehicle Required 

Salary Range: £26,850-£34,000 based on experience (+commission) 

 

Your Duties: Enriching Education, Empowering Educators  

  • Talent Sourcing: Attract, onboard, and market exceptional educators, fostering professional relationships to support their career growth and objectives. 
  • Business Development: broadening the network of schools we can support with exceptional educators through sales calls, networking & lead generation. 
  • Job Management: Managing day-to-day, short and long-term placements with a consultative approach. 
  • Organisation & Communication: Facilitating interviews and negotiating with clients and educators to obtain the best outcome for all stakeholders
