This role is 100% remote so the successful candidate will need to be disciplined and motivated.

Job Purpose

  • Recruit accountants at all levels within accountancy firms
  • Nurture relationships with candidates and maintain regular contact so that Public Practice Recruitment Ltd remains their trusted recruitment partner at every stage of the process.
  • Maintain and develop trusted relationships with clients by acting as the point of call for all their recruitment needs.
  • Work alongside the wider team to develop and enhance the profile of the business in this niche sector.
  • Offer an enhanced level of internal and external communication.
  • Support colleagues where applicable.
  • Business development within your allocated region.

Desirable Skillset

  • A minimum of 3+ years' experience in a recruitment role.
  • Experience recruiting for accountancy firms is desirable.
  • An excellent work ethic.
  • Resilience.
  • An awareness of current affairs and the confidence to discuss them with senior leaders.
  • Excellent communication and advisory skills, both verbal and written.
  • Right to work in the UK.
