The Role:

As a Lead Consultant, you’ll take ownership of business development, client management, and talent attraction, becoming a key figure in the maritime recruitment sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and expand client relationships within the maritime industry.
  • Manage key accounts and drive business growth.
  • Build your personal brand as a specialist recruiter.
  • Work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

What You’ll Need:

  • At least 2 years’ 360 recruitment experience, ideally in Renewables, Procurement, or Supply Chain.
  • Proven track record of winning and expanding client accounts.
  • A positive, relationship-driven approach to recruitment.
  • A team-player mindset with a drive to succeed.
