You will be working for a leading national FM company who have contracts with blue chip companies across the UK.
Your new role
We are looking for FM technician carpenter biased to work across the office buildings on-site at Fawley.The hours will be 7.30am to 4pm - overtime and on-call rota available after qualifying period.
Duties will include
- Carpentry tasks for example - door hanging/fitting, windows, kitchens.
- Perform all aspects of repair and maintenance work to high quality standards.
- Reactive Maintenance tasks
- PPM Maintenance tasks
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced handy person or carpenter who is looking for a varied maintenance technician role with a carpenter bias.
