Description
As the Part Time Recruitment Consultant - Perm or 12 month FTC, you will be responsible for:
- Communicating with candidates and clients
- Generating & chasing leads
- Building lasting relationships with candidates and clients
- Business developement - meeting existing and new clients
- Sharing commercial information across the team
- Meeting candidates
- Managing candidates and clients through a job process
- Offer management
- Negotiation of fees/salaries
Profile
In order to be considered for the Part Time Recruitment Consultant - Perm or 12 month FTC role, you must:
- Have previous sales experience
- Be able to commute to the Southampton office multiple times per week
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be organised and be able to prioritise
- Be able to work under pressure
- Have a solution focussed mindset
