Overview
Mayday Personnel are working with a well established company looking for a Project Schedule Administrator. The successful candidate will be a vital part in ensuring the smooth and successful running of the business. Experience is essential for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, along with project managing engineering production lines using Microsoft Project software.
  • Track multiple project schedules across various stages.
  • You will be the central point of contact between all departments and engineers.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as necessary to meet deadlines or adapt to delays.
  • Maintain accurate records of project documentation, including schedules, changes, and communications.
  • Excel in data entry and administrative tasks related to project management.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in project scheduling and administrative duties within engineering/production
  • Strong organisational skills with an ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Time management and multitasking skills are essential.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional phone manner.

Hours

Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm

Lunch break: 1 Hour un-paid

Start date:

Our client is looking for someone to start as soon as possible.

Work Location: In person.
