Role Overview:

As a Recruitment Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment team with the day-to-day operations of sourcing and placing candidates. Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting recruitment consultants with administrative tasks, including CV formatting and job posting.

  • Managing candidate applications and keeping databases up to date.

  • Handling inbound and outbound correspondence, including emails and phone calls.

  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with recruitment procedures.

Requirements:
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Basic IT skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
