My client in Southampton are looking to appoint a talented Recruitment Assistant on a Contract basis.

My Client are looking for someone to join the team to provide recruitment service activity and support the effective delivery of HR & OD activities.

What's on offer:

  • Salary: £16++ per hour, inside IR35

*negotiable based on experience

About the role:

Based in Southampton (Hybrid):

  • To deliver a comprehensive customer-focused recruitment service including the use of an e-recruitment platform
  • Process payroll input for new starters
  • To support the recruitment and selection process for schools or other such partner agencies
  • To ensure the recruitment process meets its deadlines and complies with all relevant statutory requirements

About you:You will have the following experiences:

  • Extensive experience in a similar role
  • To understand the importance of pre- employment checks supported by practical experience
  • Understanding of recruitment and selection processes
  • Local Authority experience is essential
