  • Driving business development - generate new opportunities and nurture existing client relationships
  • Building relationships, working closely with clients and candidates to understand their needs and match them with the right opportunities
  • Collaborating with the team, sharing insights, celebrating wins and contributing to our supportive culture
  • Managing vacancies, bringing on live roles, sourcing candidates – 360 recruitment
  • Streamlining recruitment processes - support recruitment workflows for maximum efficiency and effectiveness
  • Advising candidates, providing career advice, interview prep and guiding jobseekers through their journey
  • Upholding company values, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to honesty and integrity
  • Develop value-add services to create positive candidate journeys and enhance the candidate experience
