Recruitment Consultant Driving

Drivers Ltd are a specialist HGV drivingrecruitment agency based in Northam. We have been working in partnership withbusinesses in the local area for more than 40 years, and are looking for a recruitment consultant to join our experienced team.

We have an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to progress and growwithin our family run temporary recruitment business. The role would initially be supporting our senior consultant by co-ordinating andplacing drivers into appropriate shifts based on their skills and experience. The postion willdevelopinto a 360 role with additional responsibilities includingresourcing and business development.

Requirements for success-

• Confidenceand self motivation,with the ability to work alone when required, but also as part of a team
• Excellent organisation with proactive approach and the ability to prioritise your own workload
• Basic IT skills - with knowledge of microsoft office, excel, word
• Be able to provide outstanding customer service
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills
• Experience within the transport industry preferred but not essential
• Experience with a sales or recruitment environment preferred but not essential

Responsibilities-

• Obtaincandidate availability
• Placecandidates into appropriate vacancies
• Postjob adverts and resource new candidates
• Respondto candidate and customer queries via email, text and phone in a timely and professional manner
• Workclosely with theaccounts team to ensure accurate payments for drivers
• Business development
• Compliance checks and updates
• Adhere to, and improvecompany processes
• Buildand maintainrelationships with existing and new stakeholders

Job details -

• Office hours of (Apply online only), Monday to Friday
• On-call -answering urgent enquiries out of hours (on a rota'd basis)
• Transport related training with an industry leading expert
