Key Responsibilities:

Identifying Talent: Find and attract skilled education professionals who align with school requirements and values.
Client Liaison: Work closely with existing clients to place candidates for long-term and daily supply roles.
Candidate Engagement: Conduct phone screenings, arrange meetings, and perform face-to-face interviews.
Advertising: Promote opportunities through job boards, social media, and our website.
Interviewing: Assess teachers and teaching assistants to match them with the right roles.
