They are looking for a proactive and analytical Reward Analyst to join our team and play a key role in shaping their Rewards and Benefits strategy.What will the Reward Analyst role involve?

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the benefits market and ensure Reward offering remains competitive.
  • Ensure compliance with employer obligations across all jurisdictions.
  • Maintain job evaluation frameworks and job structures.
  • Benchmark roles to support competitiveness in talent acquisition and retention.
  • Manage annual pay and bonus review cycles.
  • Manage pension schemes across various jurisdictions.
  • Conduct annual Gender Pay Gap Analysis.

Suitable Candidate for the Reward Analyst vacancy:

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage tight deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of employee benefits, compensation approaches, and UK employment law and regulations.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Ability to analyse and interpret complex data, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
