Swift Specialist Recruitment Ltd are seeking an Ocean Freight Specialist for a growing logistics company based in Southampton - The right candidate will be looking for long term employment with the opportunity to organically grow in their role.

Role Requirements:

• 3 years minimum experience in a similar role
• Sea Freight 75% / Road Freight 25%
• Import 90% / Export 10%
• FCL LCL movement
• Road freight knowledge (advantageous)
• Strong negotiations skills
• Interdepartmental liaison skills

There is an element of Road Freight operations, experience is preferred but will be given regardless.
