A professional organisation based in Southampton, Hampshire are looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Advisor to join their HR team on a permanent basis.
This fantastic opportunity has become available due to the growth of the business and would suit a highly organised and pro-active recruiter to provide end-to-end recruitment support.Â
What will the role Senior Recruitment Advisor involve?
- Manage vacancies and monitor incoming applications via the applicant tracking system Â
- Meet with and build quality relationships with internal and external
- Liaise with hiring managers to review job descriptions and requirements
- Create and publish job adverts
- Source, screen and shortlist candidates, attending recruitment events when required to expand the network of applicants
- Manage employment offers to successful candidates
Suitable Candidate for Senior Recruitment Advisor:
- Experience of working in a previous recruitment role
- Comfortable working with applicant tracking systems
- Team orientated, highly organised and happy to work in a fast paced environment
