Are you a seasoned Recruitment Consultant with a passion for sales? GI Group is on the hunt for a motivated individual to become part of our Southampton's team in the role of a Senior Recruitment Consultant.

**Senior Recruitment Consultant Position Overview:**

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant with a focus on the industrial sector, you will lead our recruitment initiatives, matching skilled candidates with rewarding positions in the field. Your established success in sales and recruitment, along with your expertise in the industrial sector, will be crucial in driving the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities of a Senior Recruitment Consultant:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates within the industrial sector.

- Achieve targets for new client sales and service meetings.

- Generate leads for sales activity from a variety of sources.- Identify and attract premier talent through various recruitment channels, including networking, referrals, and online platforms.- Conduct thorough screenings, interviews, and assessments of candidates to ensure they meet client requirements.- Design and implement strategic recruitment initiatives to exceed sales targets.- Provide exceptional service to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.- Stay updated on current industry trends, regulatory shifts, and best practices.

Qualifications for a Senior Recruitment Consultant:

- Proven experience in recruitment, particularly within the industrial sector.- Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and building client relationships.- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.- Comprehensive understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.- A valid UK driver's license and vehicle access.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
