Overview

  • Business Unit: Residential
  • Department: Green Funding Solutions
  • Reports to: Site Manager
  • Purpose: Support delivery of green funding projects by liaising with residents, ensuring excellent customer experience, and facilitating smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities


  • Resident Engagement:
    • Organize and attend site visits during surveys/installations.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for residents, explaining project requirements and next steps.
    • Educate residents about technical measures such as insulation, solar panels, or heat pumps.
  • Issue Management:
    • Address resident queries and escalate issues to relevant teams (e.g., Operations, Contractors).
    • Coordinate resolution of faults and ensure robust solutions are implemented.
  • Communication & Reporting:
    • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders (e.g., housing associations, contractors).
    • Provide regular updates and reports to Site Managers on visit outcomes and operational issues.
    • Manage resident communications, including induction sessions and notification letters.
  • Compliance & Coordination:
    • Ensure project compliance with government (BEIS) and local authority regulations.
    • Input data and track project timelines using internal systems.
  • Customer Experience:
    • Contribute to improving customer satisfaction (NPS) by enhancing the overall resident journey.

    Decision-Making Scope

    • Recommend strategies to senior stakeholders to improve project KPIs and customer satisfaction.
    • Manage compliance stages and escalate issues when necessary to ensure smooth project delivery.

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
    • Experience managing heavy workloads and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
    • Problem-solving ability and strategic thinking.
    • Understanding of construction and energy efficiency projects.
    • Essential:
      • Full UK driving license.
      • CSCS qualification (construction industry certification).
