We are looking for a self-driven Installation Coordinator/Manager to manage the office elements of our Air Source Heat Pump and Air Conditioning installations. The successful candidate will need to excel at managing conflicting priorities, enjoy building strong relationships with customers and colleagues, and have exceptional attention to detail.

In this exciting, busy role, you will be responsible for managing and organising resources and equipment for multiple installations at any one time, whilst ensuring all regulatory standards are met and the highest levels of customer care is delivered.

About the Role
  • Day to day management of the installation diary to include booking, scheduling and making changes.
  • Liaising with customers to provide installation updates
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure we have the correct equipment for every install
  • Work closely with our customer success team, to ensure high standards of customer service are met
  • Complete all necessary regulatory paperwork
  • Manage installers diaries
  • Ensure the project is completed on time within budget
